Terms of Service

By accessing or using RightNeeds ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, buyers, sellers, service providers, and employers who use any part of the RightNeeds platform, including web and mobile interfaces.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law to use RightNeeds. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Businesses and organisations may use the Platform through an authorised representative who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

To access most features, you must register for an account using a valid Indian mobile number. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@rightneeds.in

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

What you may post: Users may post property listings, job openings, products, and service offerings that comply with applicable Indian law.

Prohibited content: You may not post content that is fraudulent, misleading, obscene, defamatory, illegal, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights. Prohibited listings include stolen goods, counterfeit items, controlled substances, weapons, and anything prohibited under Indian law.

Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings. RightNeeds does not verify listing accuracy and makes no guarantees about the quality, safety, or legality of listed items or services.

Removal: We reserve the right to remove any listing or content at our discretion without notice.

RightNeeds facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users.

Products: Orders are placed through the Platform and fulfilled by the seller. Disputes regarding product quality, non-delivery, or returns must be resolved between buyer and seller. RightNeeds may provide a dispute resolution process at its discretion.

Services: Service bookings are agreements between the customer and the service provider. RightNeeds is not responsible for the quality or delivery of services.

Properties: Property listings are for informational purposes. RightNeeds does not guarantee the accuracy of property details, ownership claims, or legal status.

Auctions: Bids placed in auctions are binding. Winning bidders are obligated to complete the purchase. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

Payments on RightNeeds are processed through Razorpay or other authorised payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions.

Your RightNeeds wallet balance may be used for transactions on the Platform. Wallet funds are non-transferable to other users and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law.

All amounts displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Certain features of the Platform require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in compliance with applicable Indian regulations. You agree to provide accurate identity documents when requested.

Providing false or forged documents for KYC is a criminal offence under Indian law and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

RightNeeds may charge fees for certain services including featured listings, premium memberships, and transaction commissions. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you incur them.

We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time. Continued use of the Platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

The RightNeeds Platform, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and content created by us, is owned by Vaajlabs Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform but grant RightNeeds a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RightNeeds disclaims all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RightNeeds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction facilitated through it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to RightNeeds in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RightNeeds and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your transactions, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@rightneeds.in. Pending transactions, legal obligations, and these Terms (where applicable) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@rightneeds.in.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or emailing you. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
