How do I post a listing?
After logging in, go to the relevant section (Properties, Jobs, Products, etc.) and click "Post Listing". You may need to complete KYC verification first.
How does KYC verification work?
KYC verifies your identity. Go to Account → KYC and complete Aadhaar, PAN, and Bank verification. You can also upload scanned documents for manual review.
How do I bid on an auction?
Go to Auctions, find a live auction, and click "Bid Now". You need to be logged in and have sufficient wallet balance to place a bid.
How does the wallet work?
Your wallet holds funds for transactions on RightNeeds. You can add money via Razorpay (coming soon) and use it for orders, bids, and service payments.
Why is my OTP not working?
Make sure you entered the correct 10-digit mobile number. OTP expires after 10 minutes. If using the test environment, use 123456 as the OTP.
How do I apply for a job?
Go to Jobs, find a position you like, and click "Apply Now". You can upload your resume and write a cover letter during the application process.
Can I become a seller?
Yes. Go to your Profile and click "Become a Seller". Complete KYC verification and your account will be upgraded after review.
How do I track my orders?
Go to Account → My Orders to see all your orders and their current status.
